Pastor Velda Dobson-Davis is the co-pastor of Abundant Word Christian Center in Stockton, California. A retired Chief Deputy Warden with over 47 years of service in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, she continues to mentor and teach within prison and reentry programs. Certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor and Life Coach, Pastor Velda’s mission is to bring healing, hope, and restoration to individuals impacted by incarceration through faith, education, and emotional transformation.
